DO NOT use sand as a filler material for this product. If you are using a filler other than dried chickpeas (rice, shredded fabric, plastic beads, dried corn, etc.) please ensure that the total weight of your filler material does not exceed 24.6lb (11.16kg).

Originally made from small burlap sacks filled with dried corn, Maize Bags and Maize Balls are some of the oldest pieces of boxing equipment around, providing unique training benefits. Compact and easy to mount, the Maize Bag allows you to improve your speed, power, punching accuracy and upper body movement.

For the best training experience, we recommend using dried chickpeas as a filler. Alternatively, you can use fillers such as rice, shredded fabric, plastic beads and, of course, dried corn. Adjust the amount of filler material to achieve your preferred weight and density. If you want to use another type of filler not listed here, be sure to contact our customer service team to get the best advice!
