At the time of their release in 2003, their ultra-resistant microfibre material set them apart from the rest, as it was the first time that a high-end, professional level glove was not made of leather. They were also the first gloves to introduce Rival’s unique Wrist Lock System, which offers the absolute best in support and stability. The simplicity and efficiency of this hook & loop strapping system has revolutionized the industry.

Proper care and maintenance help extend the life and performance of your equipment. Damage caused by improper care or misuse is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not covered under warranty.

Do Not

Do not dry equipment in direct sunlight. UV exposure and heat can cause cracking, fading, and premature wear.
Do not use a dryer or washing machine. Heat and excessive water can damage fabric, padding, adhesives, and stitching.
Do not leave gear in hot cars or gym bags for long periods. Heat and trapped moisture can cause odor, bacteria growth, and material breakdown.
Do not use a dishwasher for bottles or accessories unless clearly labeled dishwasher-safe.
Do not apply Vaseline, petroleum jelly, oils, or heavy creams. These can damage leather, synthetics, stitching, and padding.

Do

Always air-dry equipment in a cool, shaded, well-ventilated area.
Always wipe down equipment after use with a clean, dry towel.
Only use light, equipment-safe cleaners or anti-bacterial sprays designed for sports gear.

Odor Spray
Always store equipment in a dry place away from heat sources and direct sunlight.
Use glove dogs and sports gear spray to help keep equipment fresh.
