The Rival Speed Bag - 9" x 5" combines the previous sizing of a 8" x 5" and 9" x 6" speed bag into a 9" x 5" size that enables better speed & resistance for your training. The teardrop shape and balanced speed flow innovation allows for an ideal blend of challenge and effectiveness.

Suited for any level of experience, the Rival Speed Bag will help improve your hand/eye coordination and muscle resistance. Can be used as part of your training routine with or without handwraps or can even be used as a training method on its own.
